The midwinter market, a pleasant evening fair that is traditionally held between Christmas and New Year.
Delicious snacks and drinks are sold on the attractively lit stalls outside. Enjoy mulled wine and Terschelling folk dancing demonstrations. Private individuals, associations and charities are given a place to promote their products or ideas. Many stores stay open longer and have a nice promotion or give something away.
