There are several parks in Deventer, adjacent to the center is partly still the star shape, the Rijsterborgherpark. On the other side of the IJssel you will find the park “Worp” and to the north of the city the new park. In addition to a number of other parks in the city, you can still visit the Veluwe or the Sallandse Heuvelrug after a journey of about 20KM.
